My mom wants to buy a $3,000 “rustic” kitchen table. I interrupted her to tell her that my crappy table cost me $50. It’s made in pine. Why? More rustic! This is some soft wood. If you miss your steak, it’s going right through the wood. Oh well, it turned out pretty well.
I believe I took the pictures when the polyurethane was wet. It doesn’t look nearly this good now that it’s finished.
