Dog News Blogs and More
Today, my girlfriend and I started our first website together. Generally, girlfriends and websites go together about like girlfriends and other women, but I think this may be an exception. I finally found something she likes that I think is economical.
We are starting dogsniff.com. The idea is for our members to sniff out the most exciting dog stuff online and vote for it. Members decide the top dog news , dog blogs , and dog videos. When we get it all finished I think it’s going to be very exciting for the kind of people that get excited about dog things online.
We decided to go with the Pligg system which is essentially a dig clone. It’s still in Beta mode so we’ll see how it turns out. I think it will work fine for quite a while. The most important thing is that we are first. I’m excited for our users. They’ll be able to “democratically†decide what the best dog news. It should be a lot of fun.
