What a wild week! I’ve been madder than hell, tense as could be, and completely thrilled essentially non stop since this past Sunday night. I launched my first product, Killer Home Recording, on my audio recording website, RecordingReview.com

What a damn mess! Many, many, many things went wrong. I could have done WAY WAY WAY better and ultimately made more money, but in the end I’m satisfied that the launch was a complete success.

It really hit home for me just how big Killer Home Recording is when I was asked to toss together a table of contests of the complete system. The damn thing ended up being 21 pages long! AHHHH! That’s a big mistake right there. I made a system that is too big. I should have made it half the size and released it in half the time. Oh well, that’s water under the bridge.

My ultra-optimistic, nothing-ever-happens-this-good goal was to sell 1,000 copies. I ended up selling 970 plus some mail order stragglers.
I should have charged WAY more than I did. I lost confidence in a product I had worked on for 2 years. That’s the problem with big products (especially when you do them yourself.). If they take so long that you get bored and then start second guessing yourself, you underestimate the value of your time.

Oh well, I’m pleased, I know that the system WORKS! I can now apply it over and over again. This ridiculous path I’ve chosen to take seem to be leading me in a hell of a direction. I’ll take it!

I’m hearing rave reviews about “The Belcher Button”. Basically, it’s the ugliest “buy button” / call to action button on the planet but the damn thing is supposed to convert better that water walking or deceptive promises of healing.

You can read all about it here. The Belcher Button

This Belcher guy is pretty funny. Southerners With Brains (not too far from the rap group, NWA) is always a mystical specimen. It captivates the eye and imagination like finding a white tiger or a wallet with $10 in it. I thought all well spoken people from down south worked for NASA.

PSD Knock Off

There is another PSD file here which makes an effort to recreate the Belcher button. The only problem is it looks quite a bit different. It’s my belief that our Belcher pal already tested all this crap and to go around tinkering with it undoes all his testing.

Regardless here’s a link to the Belcher Button Knockoff.

My PSD File

Belcher gives away his button for free, but most of us will need to change the price. So, that’s what I’ve got for you here.
